Why Umbra?

I founded Umbra Photography because I was tired of photography that felt stiff. As a freelance photographer in Cardiff, whether I'm covering a live event, shooting headshots, or working on brand content, the goal's always the same: honest images that capture energy, not just smiles.

Based in Cardiff, I work as a professional photographer across Cardiff and South Wales, bringing a background in live music and event photography to every shoot, so even corporate work ends up feeling natural.
